If I haven't said before
All these things inside my heart
A thousand times or more
All these feelings I have for you
I'd begin again but where to start
You know it's you I love and adore
What can I say when we're a world apart .

They met on Saint Valentine's
day
Only a few words did they
say
But on a day dedicated to love
And Cupid's arrows
It was enough .

A shimmery image of you
A reflection in quiet water
My hand reaches out
To touch yours
And your visage vanishes
In ripples
As my hand
Disturbs the water's surface .
