The Spiral Dance

My emotions spiral out of my soul
They dance, dance, dance out of control
Spiraling, spiraling forever and ever
Dancing to and fro
Never ending, never beginning
Dancing out of control
Stop the spiraling up and down
Spiraling and spinning
To and fro
Stop the spinning out of control.
Author's Notes: This has to do with the Mental Illnesses that I have.
