Harper's Lament

Whispered winds upon Samhain dark
I play my harp for thee
sweet reminders of your love
and feel thy presence close to me.
Ah! to be near and yet so far
'tis a mortal world I dwell
but you, my love, doth dwell within
the music harped melodies swell....
'Tis the night of all nights
when with you I will be
the Samhain winds will take me there
harp'd music to set us both free.
Author's Notes: 9/19/04 - Written for Samhain hence...for the moment when with him I will be once again as the veil lifts.....
