When I first came upon you
the touch of your breath
slight and effervescent
gave my heart
stutterings....
How could this be
when I had but found
a touch of the wolf
in another?
But drawn to you I was
and I gave up fighting
against the profound
magnitude of depth
at the mere thought
of you.....
And when the thunder
became the lullaby
that soothed in the dark
I knew the bolt of lightning
had struck it's deadly blow
and I was
no more.....
Still,
the magic of you
draped the form of me
and cloaked me
as I laid the cards
High Priestess
Magician
and Two of Cups....
And overflowing still
we are well met....
