Walking in the Shadows

Walking in the shadow
Between the dark and the light
Images materializing
From the left and the right
Barely able to focus
Then drifting out of sight
Unable to discern the shapes
Before they fade into the night
We walk amongst the shadows
Between the bad and the good
Dancing beneath the bright full moon
Under cloak and hood
In the open glade
Of a peaceful wood
Silence left unbroken
No words, yet understood
We are part of the shadows
That walks within this land
Bringing harmony and balance
To Mother Earth and man
We have always been here
And now we take a stand
Stepping out of the shadows
We triumphantly raise our hand
