Mighty Oak

Age Group: Adult
Plant the acorn, so it may grow
The mighty oak that we all know.
Each night we come around
and cast our circle on the ground.
Beneath the boughs of wisdom, we seek
The spells we cast, secrets deep.
Honor us old ones, we ask
In our rites as we do cast.
In your knowledge, we hold dear.
All the rites of yesteryear.
We bring forth our knowledge now
Underneath the mighty oak.
We ask that you protect us all
with the knowledge we invoke
We hold the ways of the ancient ones dear.
We ask that all who come here,
Bring the love and laughter, as you glean here.
Hold the ways of the ancient one’s
in your heart and keep them near
For they are you, as you are them.
