Samhain

A cold wind blows
The moon shines bright
The gateway is opened
To the otherworld this night
Our ancestors walk among us
The faeries our guides
We seek now the wisdom
Only the ancients provide
Tis the sabbat of Samhain
Most holy of nights
The Callieach's hammer
Makes the earth hard as ice
The dark night of winter
Is upon us once more
A time to listen and reflect
On ancient wisdom and lore.
