Warrior's All

Warrior's All
Yea, I have walked through the valley where the shadows held Death,
Stood beside fellow Warrior's, as they drew their last breaths,
Fought beside men who I'd never before known
All of them Damned for the Courage they've shown,
Our job was to defend, not to question the cause,
War is not ruled by the civilian man's laws,
But Warriors all, with or without a gods faith,
And we defend our countries beliefs, and the oath we all take,
Despite inner Demons, we'd all stand our ground,
Felt pain, and yes fear, but our convictions were sound,
After a life of Death and destruction, sometimes I feel so alone,
With all the Evil I've seen, has my heart and soul turned to stone?
