Dejavu Past

That moment in time when all is quiet,
still on the inside, and
I am
with you;
listen to music coursing through
that emotion we exude, the rightness
we've made our world, molded from a cleft
in energies we wield as our own.
Soft feeling--gently
flowing; what we know
responds: rainy day to cleanse our souls which enjoy
being here, always here...
Living, learning inside; how--
to expand,
to belong.
Author's Notes: This poem is a calm poem. It is the first poem I haven't had to think about in about a year and a half (since the last poetry class I had) that went from my head to paper . The Feeling/feeling I had where I was just lined up, and that creative Awareness shocked my mind, and I lunged at my pack to get paper and pen, and wrote this. I was merely reading a good book, with cool wind coming in a crack at the window, my beau working on his own stuff at his desk, and I was comfortable in my clothes... Such are the times when this kind of thing hits. How I missed feeling this way. :)
