Connecting Spiritually

Waiting for the perfect love in life-
Yet, they never seem to arrive!
Forgetting that there exists no perfection-
Without faults and imperfections!
Perfection is what we always seek-
It's not something we can always keep!
Each soul has their own path to follow-
Their own mistakes, whether joyful or sorrow!
When you connect to another intensely-
You share their journey so immensely!
You carry forward their dreams-
And all that their soul means!
Intertwining back and forth, throughout time-
Connecting at the right moment every time!
Growing, sharing, visiting with one another-
Loving, carrying each load, each trial together.
Drawn like a magnet to those eternally-
Connecting Spiritually, as if electrically!
Never arriving until it's time to combine-
Each soul we're meant to meet, we'll find!
