My bones are aching to the core-
Pain that I try to ignore.
Fighting it everyday-
Praying to be okay.
When pain like this begins-
Nothing seems to make it end.
Not even a comforting talk-
Can ease me enough to walk.
Pain like this should be a sin-
This horrible, nagging pain, I'm in.
Ripping right through my soul and mind-
Always reliable, giving me a hard time.
Wanting to be set free-
Wishing this pain would let me be.
I mind my busines, don't hurt anyone-
Why can't this pain leave me alone?
No one understands my pain-
There are too many hypochondriacs who complain.
I pretend to be fine-
While I scream inside all the time.
