Just be still and hear the waters flow-
Just be still and feel your soul grow!
Just be still and hear the silence you've longed-
Be still and fell how we all belong!
Value the spirit and energy of all things-
See the beauty of simpleness which remains.
Savor the smells as you travel along-
Within you, they'll always belong!
Endeavor the gifts that touch-
Remember them when your journey's tough.
Everyone needs that loving touch to heal-
It's this touch we long to feel!
There's a certain energy we all give-
Be still allowing this energy to forgive.
Be still, reach out with hearts full-
Determined because with love there's no rules!
Be still and hear your inner voice-
Be still long enough to truly rejoice!
Just be still, let your soul glow-
Just be still allowing you soul to grow!
