Glooom aside

I curse this simple plan
that rushes hand in hand
with the old story
that impregnated pup
that whimpers its own demise
The indignant cries
that sweep across the political refrain
And blasphemes its countries name.
Sad, sad
The liberator grows
knows the jargon of lies
that here sighs
deep the mellow intonation
of a nation
That casts its gloom aside.
