Softly, Gently

Softly , gently, in words inspire
the flowing ebbs of all desire
and resting there next to you
holding tight to all thats true
little thoughts cross and run
between the folds of the morning sun.
As here within these arms you lay
before the broken dream of day
And there you knew beside you I
had left the warmth, expressed a sigh
between our words that at night did play
found beside you these my thoughts today
Your now awake, so fair this my lass
to that dream within dreams,
Our thoughts entwined surpass.
