His Love, His sin

I draw the fine sweet line
that runs the charcoal course
Where interlaced patterns therein combine
To make the drawing fine.
When shade to hue
there does imbue
the characteristics therein acquired
the resonating flow desired
where images drift within inspired
In the art of tender enterprise
that here within does arise
to the growth of human thought and soul
Upon paper the artist aglow.
To the flow of the elemental charm
that flows from thoughts down the arm
and upon the fragments we see
comes forth artistic poetry,
and dress fine the garment worn
the images from the mind so torn
to awaken the world to emotions tossed
where paint so gathers, therein glossed
and allows the world to see within
An artists mind, his love, his sin.
