Savage wings of life

The flow,
These tides that drift
sweep and flush the inner soul
Bring rise and fall
where tumbles the tranquil thoughts
Into those hard visions of reality.
Oh Come, Yes come
Those peaceful promises
The serenade of dreams
That taunts us all into the intercourse
where mind to rest bids adieu
Of the savage wings of life.
