Injury to the shell

Injury to my shell has come
use of my knee is temporarily none
knowing that all that comes my way
happens for a reason and I mustn't sway
staying positive and strong through the storm
in my life has become the norm
a hit to the ego this has been
my inner self is to be seen
through out our life strife - our soul does grow
this is true in my heart I know
