The Call of the Wilderness

Age Group: Adult
The wilderness...she calls to me.
I am forbidden though to leave.
The wilderness is a part of me
And her call is one I must soon heed.
I exist solely from her energy;
Without her my soul is nothing.
She and The Night both work collectively,
And in The Night, my soul's true form is seen.
Even then, she watches over me.
She knows my dark soul and is my queen.
I worship her without deceit.
I give her back some energy
With rituals meant for that one thing.
I thank her for all she's done for me.
And in her magic I do believe.
Author's Notes: I wrote this when I first became a witch.
