Purple Orange Groves

Citrus tears burn my eyes as I sit alone and weep,
Orange peels dot the skies as I fall light into sleep,
I dream a dream of happy sighs,
Fuschia birds above me peep
a song of purple orange groves
magenta leaves and clouds of mauve.
I think of you and I cry in our purple orange grove,
Memories of you and I in our citrus treasure trove,
Acid tears blind my eyes in our purple orange grove,
Memories I just can't fight in our citrus treasure trove,
a song of purple orange groves
magenta leaves and clouds of mauve.
