Fat Cats

Fat cats
Don’t chase rats!
The mice just traipse on by.
When asked the cause
Of such lazy paws,
They just stretch out and sigh.
Such style!
And Cheshire smile,
They think they own the place.
When asked the whys,
They roll their eyes,
Its simply just the case.
And so,
That’s how it goes.
I just cannot deny.
I must agree,
They just may be,
Smarter than you or I.
