Untitled (Faerie sonnet)

As shadows rise and fly across the sky
And silver shines the light beneath the moon
As light doth fade and brightness die
And does gently sing a mornful tune
A magic stirs beneath the frozen ground
As shiny wings do take into the air
Little creatures spinning up and around
Showing their eyes dark blue and skin so fair
They gaily dance into the dark, black night
Singing mystic songs of long-forgotten lore
Of celts in all their glory and their might
And natures spells on the long-standing tor
For underneath the withered dying ground
There lies old magic waiting to be found
