No need for tears in song, when the mystery comes along
An open page, waiting for the pen, designed by care, self aware
There is one, who knows my sirens song, hold my secrets long
None other will touch this heart, of no portion will I take part
In wonder I stand among the shadows, seeking entrance to the meadows
Am I lost to sense, devoured by the need to see, the cast of what to be
This melody, sweet stranger, the voice of one, till your voice is done
Never doubt my words sent through the light, sleep softly, in the night
