Two Paths

Two paths to take,
One choice to make,
Which one should I choose?
The right looks lovely,
It's like the Summerlands on Earth!
But it's the most difficult path.
The left looks dark,
It looks cold and cruel,
But it's the path everybody takes.
I have made my decision,
It was perfectly clear.
I would choose the right path,
the path that would make me cheer.
In the end, I did not regret anything,
because I knew that being different
was worth everything.
Author's Notes: This poem is about a person that has to make a decision. This person has to decide if s/he wants to take the easy path that everybody takes that leads to bad things, or to take the difficult path that very few people take that leads to great things. In the end, s/he decides to take the right path that leads to good things. In the end, that decision was not regretted one bit!
