The Charge Of Isis

~ The Charge Of Isis ~
I am Isis. My voice is the wind in the trees, and within the lapping of the Waters.
I come to you now, The Mother of the Universe,
So that you may learn my ways.
First, be slow into anger, but quick to defend those I send to you in this life, Remember, all my children are loved equally.
As my voice upon Earth, be careful in all the things you do and say, for with the power you hold comes great responsibility. And should you abuse this power, my retribution shall come upon you quickly.
Remember to love all whose path crosses your own, just as I would. Give advice when needed, and if admonishment becomes necessary, use a firm but gentle hand.
You have within your grasp the ability to change lives, and even the world. Drink fully from the cup of life, and encourage others to do the same.
Study your craft, and lean it well. Develop all talents that you believe will be useful to you, not just those of Magic, but also domestic, artistic, and any from the world at large.
Seek within yourself the knowledge of right and wrong. To fully understand the universe, you must first understand yourself. Face yourself, darkness and light, and accept it all. Until you can, you will not grasp all that you are.
Know that now you are a Mother to all, and should take this reasonability only if you are ready to love all in this way.
If you have a family of your own, worship me by taking care of you children and your lover as if they were the Divine Family. Honor and love them with all you r heart, for they are the foundation upon which you should build your temple.
Scatter my Blessings upon the Universe.

Author's Notes: I woke up in the middle of the night and scratched this down on a cracker box that was handy (Was prego at the time LOL!)
I thought I dreamed it till the next morning, when I found it... It was like a Gift, and Is one of the most fave things I have ever written!
