A Wise Man

A Wise Man Once Said, Run For the Hills, Run For Your Life. Hmmm, sounds like my life when I was younger. But now that youth has gone and past me by, I can look back and say I did ok. The things to remember in life are the good ones, let go of the past like a pebble dropping into a pond. As the ripples spread out so should the bad, feeling, thoughts, and recollections. Watch your reflection in the water of the pond as the ripples pass all the way through your reflection. This is kind of like life ever changing never standing still.
For it is when we inhabit our past in the present that we keep ourselves in the rut of discontent and hurting.
So let go of the things that have intruded into your life. There is no need to forget, forgive, or regret just let them be gone from your mind. Some can do this all at once others will have to let go of one or two then once they are gone work on the others. Live for the day, if it is bad just remember that this is only one day, it shall come only once. Then it will be gone like the passing of the day into the night. Look for the small things in life that make you happy and enjoy them.
Peace is with in us all we just have to seek it out.
