Soulmate

Writing about you mostly my entire life
I dreamed of you every time sleep over came me
I would wake up and start a new day
Waiting and hope-ing to see you but yet I could not find you
You were lost to me in a sea of people
And yet you were always right in front of me
How stupid I was to not notice that you were always there
But that day we meet face to face
Was the start to something bigger and better
Than we have both ever dreamed
You finally gathered the courage to ask for me to be yours
And since that day under that blooming tree
Our love for each grows every waking day
We both almost died back then but we both lived
Fate has a funny way but fate is what brought us together
We're both the same and yet different
Born of the same sun we are twins
Born of the same soul we are our own
Ones that became twos into one whole
Our love is pure just like the white snow that falls
You were the one I waited for so long
The one I deemed about at night
My true love
My heart and soul
My soulmate for life
