Angel Heart

Pure as this angel's heart
I will love you till we part
And even then my love will stay
never wavering day after day
My love for you continues to grow
Through my body, it flows
Never darkening my day
your love lights the way
If you break my heart
my world will fall apart
Even for a minute or two
I never want to leave you
Author's Notes: A simple poem. I wrote it in response to this quote:
"I stared at you from above
Then I knew you were my love
That is when I knew you were the best of all
That is when this angel had to fall"
Love can be a very strong emotion. And at times you think that nothing can go wrong. But in the case of this particular poem, and the reason I wrote it, things definitely went wrong.
"If you break my heart
My world will fall apart
Even for a minute or two
I never want to leave you"
This quote basically shows my fear of being alone. Even though he broke my heart many times, I was still afraid to be alone.
