All I Need

Your love for me
gives me wings
And it lets me
forget everything
A wonderful feeling
it is to fly
Up above the clouds
touching the sky
I never want
to come back down
I refuse to fall
or wear a frown
I will always
try to smile
As long as you
make my life worth while
Now no matter what
my love will never waver
As long as you
do me one small favor
Don't throw your life away
just for me
Just your love
is all I need
Author's Notes: A few different meanings are put into this poem.
For one:
"I refuse to fall
or wear a frown
I will always
try to smile"
This symbolizes how a person may hide their true feelings after a break-up. They may laugh and smile while pretending that everything is alright. Even though deep down they are miserable
Another:
"Don't throw your life away
just for me
Just your love
is all I need"
Basically what I want in any relationship. I don't want anyone to give up their life just to be with me. As it says. "Just your love, is all I need"
