Midnight Wanderer

In the darkest corners
I stay hidden away
From the world outside
during the day
Then the moon rises
and I walk the night
Beneath the stars
it feels so right
The world is dark
but the moon is full
A beautiful glow
it's wonderful
The stars are bright
they fill the sky
They twinkle and glow
as I walk by
Even if
I walk alone
I'll always feel
right at home
Author's Notes: Oh, how I love the night. Especially the moon. The night sky has held my interest since I was a little girl.
