Thoughts on a Harvest Moon

The Lady's mantle brightens as the Wheel rolls 'round towards Samhain,
And we our stores have set aside to feed and heal us all the winter through.
Balms and potions, leaves and lotions, sunny seeds and sunny notions
All skillfully tucked away in the nooks and crannies of our summer memories;
To warm us as we mull them over the coming long and chilling nights.
Preparing them to germinate next Spring.
