Up close

Up close
Mysterious
only a blur vision of gray
A step back and
curiosity making you stay
pale blue and purple
becomming part
of the mystery
then another step back
a silk texture also
becomming part
of the picture
one last step back
the beauty is over whelming
and the lesson taught,
If you hold something too
close you will never
be able to see all the true beauty
Just like this springtime flower
captured in the eye's vision
if only you would take a
couple steps back ,
the true beauty
is in the everything!
