finding hope in depression

i have found in my deep depression that forcing ones mind on positive thoughts, like hope can calm your body down but you have to be positive and focus on creation on the divine to be fully present to lift the veil of grief as some of the gods have you have to believe in that hope you felt in adolescence that there is a reason to cry to laugh to try to put doubt aside without being nieve you must believe evrything happens for a reason an when you overcome fears (which i have alot and i feel in time i my get passed) you will embrace your true self.the self that is pure being an access to the univeses neverending supply of ecstacy. a thing i forget often.
