start something

Start something, do it now.
to yourself, just make a vow.
improve your home, your town, your school,
don't worry about what others say it's cool.
donate time, plant a tree,
we can change things, you and me.
if surplus you have give a share,
and i promise, someone will care.
and if your hope begins to fade,
think of all that can be saved.
