Mountain Soul

My Soul, be a mountain, the lightning mine,
That works the magic of the will divine!
To disregard the heroes lost at Troy!
To take Christ as the only chance for joy!
In the name of His Highness, Jesus Christ,
Potential greatness has been sacrificed.
The Christians may admit the soul in us,
But since our ancestors misbehaved, thus
Spoiling our souls, we cannot be heroes
And heroines, the Christian story goes.
If souls were much valued, I do believe,
God would not play dice with Adam and Eve,
With all their potential greatness at stake!
Why even need to redeem their mistake?
For the diversity of this great world,
Which a man-centered worldview imperils,
I claim my soul, my power, and my sword!
Long live Nature! Let balance be restored!
The same in sin? Never! I will stand out,
To stand up for what my soul is about.
