Just Justice

Man, you vainly think that the world revolves
Around you, with your misgiven power
To reason without the discernment to
Use it kindly, which often means wisely,
And bow to the sole god foolish enough
To focus so much on you. Should I plead
For the justice of this karma on you?
For your next lives, you should come back as wolves.
To feel first hand the vileness which you do
Would be to get just what you well deserve.
After creating them, it is written,
Even your God judged that the wolves are good.
Do you think you know better? Sadly so!
I defend the ancestors of the dog.
