With a Closed Mind,

Closed eyes, and plugged up ears,
"I did not understand you, but never
Will I be interested in your words."
Understand them first; then evaluate.
Ever ready to shut your eyes to light,
That feels painfully bright in your darkness,
Never will you see the light of the good!
Take the pains! Have the guts to play the odds!
Never give freedom a chance, and always,
To your last breath, be enslaved in your ways.
