"uh-AWNGHK!!!!"

There once was a dear donkey named Donnie.
A truly wonderful worker was he!
Donnie walked from Damascus to Baghdad,
Through those deserts, over those countless miles,
Plus the extra mile, never getting sad,
Not once letting out a frustrated sob,
But smiling, the best that donkeys can smile,
For simply this: he loved doing his job!
Making this known, he plainly said, "uh-AWNGHK!!!!"
Then one extra blade of straw broke his back.
Yet happily, he lived life perfectly
As the ideal donkey - noble Donnie!
Now you, who did your duties all along,
Why forget your strengths for one time of lack?
Even for the best, life sometimes goes wrong,
Due to that extra, fatal blade of straw.
Not camel, but donkey, not saint, but man,
Keep doing the best that a person can,
Just as Donnie smiled the best that he could!
