Fake Love Letter, Part 2

'Twas a beautiful poem of love
I say as I scratch my nose
Of the sunlight and of the rain
In stillness and how the wind blows
But gosh, you have lied before
So I say this one thing to you:
Matters not whether I believe it,
Or if no one else thinks it is true
I admire your vast imagination
Extravagantly expressing the diction
Pardon me with a gracious laughter
If I view it all as mere fiction
For you alone live with your words
Though you share them with utter delight
It matters not whether they are true
Nothing happens to "me" if I'm right.
Author's Notes: Have you ever known anyone who wrote love letters to someone else, but the real motive was to try to get a response out of you? Not only does that diminish the sincere love for the person to whom it was written, but also it is a very interesting statement on behalf of the writer who didn't write the letter solely for the one who is loved.
