Their Day Is Coming

Age Group: Adult
People will come
And people will go,
Some are so sure
And some do not know;
Some live the truth
And some live out lies,
To admit their own faults
Or feign false alibis...
Are they a true friend
Or a backstabbing freak?
Do they have inner strength
Or are they really just weak?
They've pained your soul
As they have many other;
But perhaps they've not learned
From the Sacred Mother
They do not even think,
But why should they bother?
For perhaps they've not learned
From the Sacred Father
Before you demand them
That they surely must go,
Consider this fact,
They "just didn't know."
If it's trust they want
Then trust they must earn,
If it's knowledge they want
Then just help them learn.
Beware not to foretell
What Divinity does
For what soon could be
May not be what was
Beware not to predict
Any other soul's wrath,
Until you have walked
Any other soul's path
Foretell not what happens
When their life is through,
Focus not on their life,
Simply focus on YOU.
Worry not of their fate,
Do not wish their forthcoming;
Just stand clear my friend,
For their day is coming.
