One Focus (to Heal)

I am focused on only one thing
And I know not what else to do
And perhaps there's a lesson to bring
For me to share just with you
I have one specific intent
But cannot translate it to word
My thoughts both came and went
But only one message was heard
I could do anything I desire
With only the focus of mind
I could wield conflagrations of fire
But my heart says I'm just too kind
I am focused on only one thing
And yet could it ever be real?
And if not then the Truth will sting
For my only wish is to heal
And if there's a lesson to know
Before doing just what I feel
Maybe only one moment I'll go
Into myself, if I ever shall heal.
