Throwing Stones (in a Glass House)

Have you heard of the glass house?
Inside, one must not throw a stone.
Many things like this you knew,
Many things you've never known.
Have you heard of the glass ceiling,
In the house that's made of glass?
First descend through the glass cellar --
And there, through the ceiling you'll pass.
Though the roofers are far from perfect,
It's the only thing they have known;
Having been through the cellar, they learn
They could die if from only one stone.
And if thou shan't first seek the cellar,
Move away from the house you don't own;
Only those who transcend glass walls
Are the ones who may throw a stone.
And for those who may throw a stone,
They learn they will get what they give.
Throwing stones could mean many-a-death,
And yet silence is no way to live.
