Mother's Cry

A mother hears a child cry
Whether near or far beyond
A father hears the mother cry
And ever does respond
The Spirit hears the father's cry
Whether near or far beyond
A child hears the Spirit's cry
And ever does respond
Does child hear the mother cry?
Does father hear the Spirit?
Does mother hear the father cry?
Why do some refuse to hear it?
Author's Notes: While this poem is meant to be taken literally based on intrafamilial relations that include the Spirit, it's real symbolism is based on humans (the "children") , Mother Earth, Father Sky and Spirit.
