Self-Chosen Fate

They say that things
will happen, yes
Right when you least expect it.
But we say things
have happened, yes
From consciousness directed.
For some, their dreams,
are enough, it seems
To help them just get through;
But ours create
self-chosen fate
When we think, feel, and do.
