Samhainic Necromancy 101

Every year about this time
Weird things must come around
The veil thins to be sublime
As drying leaves drift down.
In darkest nighttime, you will hear it
As wind blows through the trees
Goosebumps when you sense a spirit
With sole intent to tease
If you are lucky, you may see
Distortions through the air
It's cold and dense where none should be
A presence looming there
And if you hear a word or two
I'm sure that you will find
The words were meant for only you
Heard deep within your mind.
