Comforted by a Willow Tree

A beautiful weeping willow
One branch over a stream extends
Seated there as a child in peace
Feeling love as I have from friends
Peering down to the stream below me
Held safely by loving branch
Willow leaves dangling down around me
Total peace in hypnotic trance
Water glistening sunlight above
Gentle sounds made the tension release
On that branch of the weeping willow
Seated there as a child in peace.
