Mother's Eternally Healing Love

Mother,
Across the room I see your beauty
Every single feature, and the whole picture
You still shine
Like a diamond facet
Brighter than any other woman in the Universe
Beaming through my very soul.
No one can see my thoughts, my feelings...
But one special soul on this Earth
One very special soul
Can see my blank expression
Can even see through a cleverly faked smile
And know if I feel like dying from all the pain.
I cannot lie to you, even if I wanted to
Yet I need not make a sound
And I need not be present
For you to know what I'm feeling
When "I" don't even know what I'm feeling
I may never understand how you always know.
You, Mother, have shown me the purest example of all
I have never known a greater teacher than You
Unconditional Love
The part of life you gave to me
Shall forever extend beyond you, from within me
You have healed the World in ways you may never realize.
All the knowledge I have gained in life
Every experience I have learned from
With each lesson I had to learn the hard way
I have learned one thing:
Nothing in my life has ever been solved
So easily as when you have hugged me.
You made it okay again, Mom, how did you do it?
You are the most beautiful mystery of all
There will never be another
Exactly like you
But I know you will "Always" be with me,
-- I know you will --
Simply because you said you would.
You are the Best Mom in the whole world, and I Love You.
