Fire Element, Stuck in Water and Earth

I think I'll do a backflip
Followed by two or three
Ending victory with a gymnastics "Y"
In a mud puddle, fallen over, that's me.
But is mud so terribly bad,
Water and Earth, combined, you see.
Still the Spirit force lives inside
But there is mud all over me.
No more false displays of joy
For the time now exists to heal
Leaning into the pain for a change
Happy backflips to a mudpie meal.
Why so serious, I'll take a shower
Outwards cleanliness is there to gain
Using humor to pretend it's okay
All I do is minimize my pain.
So yes, I will do that backflip
Though I don't know how, you see
So the point is that I will try
Puddle of mud, or not, that's me.
