Moon Light Journey

Age Group: Adult
Walking by the light of the moon, like a silver
cloak do I hide. Wandering here and there
looking for my soulmate.
Wondering where they went, my eyes shining
bluish silver as droplets of tears appear
out of loneliness do I cry.
The howl of the wolves like music flows
over me and through me do I wander
around looking and hoping.
As the moon begins to give way and
my silver cloak begins to fade and
my bluish silver eyes turn to bluish
gray, I turn for home only with the songs
of the wolves for comfort.
For my soulmate will appear in time under
the silver moon light.
