The Man
by Angel Lost Again
Age Group: Adult
In a nightscape painted
Byt the Queen of Heaven's brush
I, alone, seek to find
The Path I've missed
And the long way home.
This grey-cloaked man-
He sees me, at night;
In my head-
Around all the corners...
Watches me wander this life
That I've led
While my mind watches him and wonders.
Is my time come?
Does this long-wandering warrior
Know my way home?
Nothing for it but time.
Corvus Corax...
Two for him and one for me...
And a long road home.
Author's Notes: Waking up, from dreaming, to type lends itself to strange poetry. I don't understand it at all..... someone must think this a colossal joke, somewhere. Somewhen. Somethign like that. Bed calls. Goodnight, Good luck, Bright Blessings.
