Of Life
by Ancient Shadows
Age Group: Adult
Of Life and those things Dear
For one to think they must feel
For one to thrive they must heal
For one to love they must kneel
For the soul there is but one meal
Those who hate and those who love
Those who stay and those who move
Those who harm and those who heal
Those who die and those who live
Love and hate are intertwined
To stay is death to move is life
To harm is one step from healing
To die one step past living
All things are connected
Love to hate may move
To heal one must harm
To live one must die
Now ask the eternal cycle why…
